As a fourth-generation insurance professional managing Andrew Agencies Ltd. in rural Manitoba, Scott realized the need for a fully integrated automation system in a broker’s office. In his role of President and CEO of Custom Software Solutions, Scott made the development of a true industry SEMCI solution a reality. Scott provides overall strategic leadership and management direction for Custom Software and, at the same time, he continues as President of Andrew Agencies Ltd., a family-owned brokerage business in Virden, Manitoba, since 1913. Over the past few years, Andrew Agencies Ltd. has grown to include ten offices in two provinces and provides an invaluable testing ground or “reality therapy” for the Custom Software product.

Brock joined Custom Software in July 2001 after a 12-year career as an officer in the Canadian Forces. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with a major in both finance and computer information systems. While with the Canadian Forces, Brock demonstrated his strong operations management capabilities through progressive advancement, including positions held as the officer in charge of operations of an Operational CF 18 Fighter Squadron. He brings with him a strong background in programming, personnel management, task management, and leadership.

Robert joined Custom Software Solutions in 1999 after an accomplished 14-year career in municipal administration. As CFO, Robert is responsible for corporate finance and administration for Custom Software. His strong accounting background and experience in implementing and using information systems are often called upon in the specification and development of new Business Management System features and modules. Robert is a valuable asset to the team and allows himself to be readily available in assisting our many broker clients as needs arise.

Jacy has been a member or contributor to the Board of Directors of Custom Software since 1997 and contributes a very strong insurance knowledge and financial background to the organization. He assumed the Vice President Marketing position in May 2002. He continues to have an active role in and is Vice President of Financial Services for Andrew Agencies Ltd. In 1988, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and his Canadian Securities Course in 1994. Jacy is a licensed broker for General and Life insurance and mutual funds.

Bill joined the sales and marketing team at CSSI in the fall of 2006 as Sales Manager and rapidly grew the sales division of the company. With the addition of account managers and increased product lines and sales, it became necessary to split the senior sales and marketing duties within the company. Bill was a natural candidate to fill the VP of Sales. Bill has an extensive background in sales, marketing, banking, and business ownership.
